STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT transferring authority over court forms from the supreme court to the judicial branch administrative council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

48:1 Court Forms. Amend RSA 490:26-d to read as follows:

490:26-d Forms. The [supreme court] judicial branch administrative council appointed pursuant to supreme court rule 54 shall establish such forms for all courts as are necessary for the effective administration of justice.

48:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
