STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT relative to Old Drewsville Road in the town of Walpole.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

155:1 Old Drewsville Road in the Town of Walpole; Classification Changed to Class V. The class II portion of Old Drewsville Road in the town of Walpole, beginning at the junction of Old Drewsville Road and Old North Main Street and continuing approximately .61 of a mile to the present town portion of Old Drewsville Road, shall be reclassified as a class V highway upon completion of repairs agreed to between the town of Walpole and the department of transportation.

155:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
