STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT mandating the commissioner of the department of environmental services to conduct an examination of Willand Pond in the Dover/Somersworth area.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Examination of Willand Pond and Report.

I. The commissioner of the department of environmental services shall examine water quality and flooding issues on Willand Pond in Dover/Somersworth.

II. The commissioner of the department of environmental services shall report findings and conclusions to the environment and agriculture committee of the house of representatives; the energy, environment, and economic development committee of the senate; and the city managers of Dover and Somersworth by April 1, 2008.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
