STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT making an appropriation of certain revenues to the board of nursing.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
22:1 Appropriation; Board of Nursing. In light of anticipated board of nursing revenues of $100,000 during the biennium in addition to revenues reflected in the budget, the sum of $30,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $30,000 in fiscal year 2009, in addition to sums appropriated in the state operating budget, are hereby appropriated to the board of nursing to be expended for the purposes of additional personnel expenses. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
22:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
