STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT naming the Manchester district courthouse the Armand Capistran district courthouse.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
26:1 Manchester District Courthouse Named. In recognition of the accomplished career of the late Armand Capistran, who served as a justice of the Manchester district court from 1970 to 1995, and pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Manchester district courthouse is hereby named the Armand Capistran district courthouse.
26:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
26:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
