STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to meeting with legal counsel under the right-to-know law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Right-to-Know Law; Meetings With Legal Counsel. Amend RSA 91-A:2, I(c) to read as follows:
(c) Consultation with legal counsel if it is stated as part of the motion to meet with legal counsel the specific purpose and topic of the meeting and the discussion is limited to that topic; or
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
