STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT relative to the New Hampshire-Vermont interstate waste compact.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

28:1 Repeal. RSA 53-D, relative to the New Hampshire-Vermont interstate waste compact, is repealed.

28:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2008.
