STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT requiring the office of energy and planning to maintain a map of the state’s lands under conservation or development restrictions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Office of Energy and Planning; General Duties and Responsibilities. Amend RSA 4-C:1, II(j) to read as follows:
(j) Maintain and make available to the public a map of the state’s lands under conservation or development restrictions.
(k) Perform such other duties as the governor may assign.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
