STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to 2008 contribution reports by candidates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Reporting of Receipts and Expenditures by Candidates; 2008. Each candidate filing a report of receipts and expenditures under RSA 664:7 during 2008 shall, in his or her first report filed, itemize all contributions received from corporations between November 7, 2006 and the last date included in the report. The requirements of this section shall be in addition to any other requirements contained in RSA 664.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
