HOUSE BILL 1292
AN ACT relative to amending the charter of Dartmouth college.
ANALYSIS
This bill repeals a law allowing Dartmouth college to amend its charter in the same manner as amendments are made to the articles of agreement of a corporation.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to amending the charter of Dartmouth college.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2003, 161, relative to amendments to the Dartmouth college charter, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
