STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to the elimination of sign-off requirements for payroll manifests.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Payroll Manifests. Amend RSA 41:9 by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:
IX. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs I-VIII, selectmen shall not be required to sign off on payroll manifests.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
