AN ACT relative to an exemption from the indoor smoking act for certain restaurants.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT relative to an exemption from the indoor smoking act for certain restaurants.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Indoor Smoking Act; Exemption for Certain Restaurants. Amend RSA 155:66, I(f) to read as follows:

(f) Restaurants, except restaurants where more than 50 percent of their income is derived from the sale of cigars.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2009.
