AN ACT relative to establishing a factual data base for wetland decision accountability.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT relative to establishing a factual data base for wetland decision accountability.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Data Base for Wetland Decision Accountability. The department of environmental services shall within 3 years of the effective date of this act produce a numerical standard of performance by which jurisdictionally protected wetlands can be identified in the state of New Hampshire. Evaluation shall be according to the Method for Comparative Evaluation of Nontidal Wetlands of New Hampshire, 1991, or a comparable resource.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
