AN ACT relative to state meat inspection.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to state meat inspection.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
57:1 State Meat Inspector. Amend RSA 427:1-a to read as follows:
427:1-a Applicability. The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply or be in effect unless and until such time as the Food Safety and Inspection Service Division of the United States Department of Agriculture withdraws its meat inspection program from the state or unless and until such time as such agency allows the interstate sale of meat under the provisions of RSA 427:1 through RSA 427:37.
57:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
