STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT prohibiting the use of flatbed trailers with outrigger wheels in parades.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Parade Vehicles. Amend RSA 286 by inserting after section 4-a the following new section:
286:4-b Parade Vehicles. No person may use any type of flatbed trailer with outrigger wheels in a parade.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
