STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to renewable energy generation incentive payments.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Renewable Energy Incentive Payments. Amend RSA 362-A by inserting after section 6-a the following new section:
362-A:6-b Renewable Energy Incentive Payments.
I. The public utilities commission shall pay to renewable generation facilities, as defined in RSA 72:73, $2 per watt of nominal generation capacity up to a maximum payment of $4,000 per facility.
II. Such payments shall be allocated from system benefits charge funds as defined in RSA 125-O:2.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
