AN ACT allowing continuation of judicial retirement plan benefits for judges called to full-time active military duty.
ANALYSIS
This bill adds judicial retirement plan benefits to the benefits continued for state employees called to full-time active military duty.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT allowing continuation of judicial retirement plan benefits for judges called to full-time active military duty.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
88:1 Militia; Pay and Allowances; Continued Benefits. Amend RSA 110-B:37, IV(a)(3) to read as follows:
(3) Retirement benefits shall continue to be provided in accordance with RSA 100-A and RSA 100-C.
88:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
