AN ACT allowing dental school graduates to practice in an approved dental residency program.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT allowing dental school graduates to practice in an approved dental residency program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

43:1 New Subparagraph; Practice of Dentistry; Exceptions; Residency. Amend RSA 317-A:20, III by inserting after subparagraph (c) the following new subparagraph:

(d) Graduates from an American Dental Association accredited school from practicing in an American Dental Association accredited residency program under the supervision of a dentist holding an active license issued by the board for the duration of the residency program.

43:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
