STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT requiring the New Hampshire Citizens Health Initiative to provide an annual summary to the general court.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
129:1 Summary Required. The New Hampshire Citizens Health Initiative shall provide an annual summary beginning on November 1, 2008 on the work of the Initiative and any important reports of the findings of the Initiative’s work groups to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the chairpersons of the house commerce and health, human services and elderly affairs committees, and the chairpersons of the senate commerce, labor, and consumer protection and health and human services committees.
129:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
