STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to operation of OHRVs on state highways in Coos county.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Operation of Certain Vehicles Within Highway Rights-of-Way. Amend RSA 236:56, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) Coos County. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in Coos county, persons operating OHRVs registered in accordance with RSA 215-A shall be permitted to operate such OHRVs on all state highways within the county.
