SENATE BILL 480
AN ACT repealing a requirement that the fish and game department publish certain hunting season information in newspapers in each county.

This bill repeals a requirement that the fish and game department publish notice of opening or closing a season for fur-bearing animals in newspapers in each county.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT repealing a requirement that the fish and game department publish certain hunting season information in newspapers in each county.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
131:1 Repeal. RSA 210:24, relative to notice of open or closed season for fur-bearing animals, is repealed.
131:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
