STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT repealing the law authorizing the supreme court to establish a business and commercial dispute docket in the superior court.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 491:7-a, relative to business and commercial dispute docket, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2010.
