STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT repealing the law allowing assignment of superior court justices to hear cases in the district court.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 491:3-a, relative to assignment of judges, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2010.
