STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to storage of architectural blueprints by municipalities.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Disposition and Retention of Municipal Records. Amend RSA 33-A:3-a, XI to read as follows:

XI. Blueprints for municipal buildings-architectural: life of building.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
