STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT relative to the county tax payment by the town of Milan.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 County Tax Payment; 2008; Town of Milan. The payment of county taxes due to Coos county by the town of Milan pursuant to RSA 29:11, which was due December 17, 2008, shall be made by payment of 60 percent of such taxes due on or before December 17, 2008, and payment of the remaining 40 percent on or before June 1, 2009. No interest shall accrue to the sums paid after December 17, 2008 and on or before June 1, 2009.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
