AN ACT relative to repayment of loans under the workforce incentive program.
ANALYSIS
This bill amends one of the exceptions to a violation of the repayment schedule for a workforce incentive loan by adding a reference to the inability to secure employment by reason of the care required by a disabled civil union partner.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT relative to repayment of loans under the workforce incentive program.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Workforce Incentive Program; Forgivable Loans. Amend RSA 188-D:18-h, VII(d) to read as follows:
(d) Unable to secure employment by reason of the care required by a disabled spouse or civil union partner, child, or parent for a period not to exceed 12 months.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
