STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT requiring nutritionally balanced meals in congregate housing.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Congregate Services; Definitions. Amend RSA 161-F:36, II(a) to read as follows:
(a) [Two] Nutritionally balanced meals, 7 days per week, served in a central dining facility.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
