AN ACT designating Hampton Beach as a historic seaside recreational area.
ANALYSIS
This bill designates Hampton Beach state park as a historic seaside recreational area for the purpose of receiving federal or state funds for construction, renovation, or maintenance of public facilities at the state park.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT designating Hampton Beach as a historic seaside recreational area.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Hampton Beach; Designation. Hampton Beach state park is hereby designated as a historic seaside recreational area for the purpose of receiving federal or state funds for construction, renovation, or maintenance of public facilities at the state park.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
