AN ACT relative to the unauthorized use of firearms in the compact part of a city or town.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT relative to the unauthorized use of firearms in the compact part of a city or town.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 644:13, relative to unauthorized use of firearms and firecrackers, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
