STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT repealing the authority for an exclusive representative of an employee organization to conduct collective bargaining for employees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 273-A:1, XII, relative to the definition of written majority authorization.
II. RSA 273-A:10, IX, relative to election of an exclusive representative of an employee organization.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
