STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT renaming a bridge across the Connecticut River the Judge Harlan Fiske Stone Bridge.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
108:1 Town of Chesterfield; Judge Harlan Fiske Stone Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the old 1937 arch bridge over the Connecticut River, in the town of Chesterfield, New Hampshire, is hereby named the Judge Harlan Fiske Stone Bridge.
108:2 Signage. The state shall erect suitable signage at the site specified in section 1 of this act. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any such signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
108:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
