STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT renaming the Sewalls Falls Road Bridge after John W. Storrs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 City of Concord; Sewalls Falls Road Bridge Renamed. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Sewalls Falls Road Bridge over the Merrimack river, in the city of Concord, New Hampshire, is hereby named the John W. Storrs Memorial Bridge.
2 Signage. The state shall erect suitable signage at the site specified in section 1 of this act. The design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any such signage shall not be a charge against the state but shall be approved by the department of transportation.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
