STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT renaming a bridge to honor U.S. Navy SEAL Daniel Healy.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
15:1 Towns of Exeter and Stratham; Guinea Road Bridge Renamed. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Guinea Road Bridge which connects Exeter and Stratham is hereby renamed the Senior Chief Dan Healy, U.S. Navy SEAL Bridge.
15:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
15:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
