STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to the minimum age for fighting sports competitions.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

35:1 Boxing and Wrestling Commission; Minimum Age. Amend RSA 285:16 to read as follows:

285:16 Minimum Age; Professional [Bouts or] Competitions. No person under the age of 18 years shall engage in any professional [boxing bout or wrestling] fighting sports competition.

35:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
