AN ACT relative to reinstatement of lapsed licenses of speech-language pathologists.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT relative to reinstatement of lapsed licenses of speech-language pathologists.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
118:1 Speech-Language Pathologists; Reinstatement of Lapsed Licenses. Amend RSA 326-F:7 to read as follows:
326-F:7 Reinstatement of Lapsed License. Any license that has not been renewed within 2 years from its expiration date may not be reinstated, restored, or reissued[. The holder of a license which was not renewed within 2 years from its expiration date shall be issued a license to practice speech-language pathology only upon meeting the eligibility standards for initial licensure and upon compliance with the] unless the applicant for reinstatement complies with the eligibility and application requirements [for initial licensure] set forth in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A.
118:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
