RESOLVED, that all action taken at all sessions of the House of Representatives be recorded

on tapes through the public address system, and that the tapes be used by the Clerk to

confirm and correct the Permanent Journal. The Permanent Journal as prepared by the

Clerk and as may be corrected by the House shall be the official record of the House.
