HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4
RESOLVED, that the Speaker may employ such personnel as she may deem necessary and,
with the approval of the House subcommittee of the Committee on Legislative Facilities, may
fix their compensation in accordance with RSA 17-E:5.
