AN ACT relative to the number of daily journals printed by the house and senate clerks.

ANALYSIS

This bill requires the clerks of the senate and house of representatives to cause sufficient copies of the daily journals of their respective body to be printed in pamphlet form. Current law requires 1,200 copies of such journals in each body to be printed.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to the number of daily journals printed by the house and senate clerks.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

30:1 Daily Journals. RSA 20:3 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

20:3 Daily Journals. The clerks of the senate and house of representatives shall cause to be printed in pamphlet form at the close of each legislative day sufficient copies of the daily journals of their respective body, and shall make sufficient copies available to members of each body as soon as printed. Thirty-five copies of each shall be delivered to the state library.

30:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
