AN ACT decreasing the quorum for the right-to-know oversight commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT decreasing the quorum for the right-to-know oversight commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Right-to-Know Oversight Commission; Quorum Decreased. Amend RSA 91-A:14 to read as follows:

91-A:14 Chairperson; Quorum. The members of the commission shall elect a chairperson from among the members. [Nine] Seven members of the commission shall constitute a quorum.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
