STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to rulemaking by the board of natural scientists and the board of professional geologists.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

22:1 Natural Scientists; Rulemaking; Fees. Amend RSA 310-A:92, I to read as follows:

I. The board shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A which establish fees for the following:

(a) Application for examination.

(b) Application for certification without examination.

[(b)] (c) Application for certification by reciprocity.

[(c)] (d) Application for certification upon examination.

[(d)] (e) Biennial renewal for individuals certified under this subdivision.

[(e)] (f) Application for certification as an apprentice soil scientist or apprentice wetland scientist.

[(f)] (g) Late reinstatement fee for a late renewal.

[(g)] (h) Replacement of lost or mutilated certificate.

22:2 Professional Geologists; Rulemaking; Fees. Amend RSA 310-A:121, II(c) to read as follows:

(c) Application for a certificate, temporary permit, or license [under RSA 310-A:134].

22:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
