STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to degree granting authority for St. John International University.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

131:1 St. John International University; Authority to Grant Degrees. The St. John International University, located in Vinovo-Torino, Italy and Concord, New Hampshire, is hereby authorized to confer degrees upon its graduates, subject to the authority of the postsecondary education commission under RSA 188-D:8, IV. The degrees shall be specified by the postsecondary education commission as provided in RSA 292:8-h, III.

131:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
