STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to milk producer-distributors.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

53:1 Definitions; Producer-Distributor. Amend RSA 184:79, XI to read as follows:

XI. The term “producer-distributor” is a milk producer who is also a milk distributor and sells more than an average of [20] 80 quarts of milk a day.

53:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
