STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

AN ACT establishing the salary for the position of professional standards director in the department of corrections.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Compensation of Certain State Officials; Salaries Established. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following position:

FF Department of corrections professional standards director

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Legislative Budget Assistant has determined that this legislation has a total fiscal impact of less than $10,000 in each of the fiscal years 2010 through 2014.
