STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to promotion of the state parks.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
146:1 Promotion of Park Facilities. Amend RSA 216-A:3-f, I to read as follows:
I. The director of parks and recreation in consultation with the director of [economic] travel and tourism development shall formulate an annual promotion program for state park facilities.
146:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
