AN ACT relative to teacher evaluations.

This bill requires that evaluations of teachers who are employed by the school district shall be based on multiple, reliable, and accurate measures.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to teacher evaluations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Teachers; Evaluations. Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 39-b the following new section:
189:39-c Evaluations. Evaluations of teachers who are employed by the school district shall be based on multiple, reliable, and accurate measures.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
