STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT requiring a performance audit of the division of child support, department of health and human services.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Performance Audit of the Division of Child Support, Department of Health and Human Services.
I. In addition to any other performance audit requirements, the audit division of the legislative budget assistant shall complete a performance audit of all programs and personnel within the division of child support, department of health and human services. The division of child support performance audit and the resulting report shall be completed no later than November 1, 2010.
II. The legislative budget assistant shall submit the final report of the performance audit to both the joint legislative performance audit and oversight committee and to the fiscal committee of the general court, for transmission to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the president of the senate.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
