STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT repealing the authority for the assessment of an administrative penalty for various OHRV and snowmobile violations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
66:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 215-A:19, VII, relative to administrative penalties for OHRV violations.
II. RSA 215-C:34, VII, relative to administrative penalties for snowmobile violations.
66:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2011.
