STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to the classification of Pleasant Lake.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

44:1 Pleasant Lake in Deerfield, New Hampshire; Classification Changed to Class A. On and after the effective date of this act, the surface waters of Pleasant Lake in Deerfield and its tributaries in New Hampshire shall be classified in accordance with the provisions of RSA 485-A:8, as Class A waters.

44:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
