STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to appropriations for certain turnpike system projects.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

194:1 Turnpike System; Funds Provided. Amend RSA 237:7, I(k) to read as follows:

(k) Toll collection equipment. RSA 237:2, VIII, IX. [119,000,000] 116,000,000

194:2 Funds Provided. Amend RSA 237:7, I(q) to read as follows:

(q) Repairs and improvements to the bridge on N.H. 107 [2,000,000] 4,000,000

over I-95 in Seabrook.

194:3 Funds Provided. Amend RSA 237:7, I(s) to read as follows:

(s) Construction of noise barriers along I-95 in Portsmouth [1,000,000] 2,000,000

194:4 Matching Funds Required. Under an agreement with the state, the town of Seabrook shall match the state funding by providing no less than 20 percent of the funds required for the repairs and improvements to the bridge on N.H. 107 over I-95 in Seabrook under RSA 237:7, I(q).

194:5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
