STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT prohibiting the use of state funds for New Hampshire public television.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Budget and Appropriations; Funding Limitation. Amend RSA 9 by inserting after section 17-f the following new section:
9:17-g Funding for Public Television Prohibited. No state general funds shall be appropriated or expended for the purpose of funding New Hampshire public television.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
